SATake a good look around. These are dangerous times to be exercising your rights and liberties in these united states of America. These are also exciting and momentous times to be alive and take a courageous stand for freedom in America and around the world. As Bob Dylan’s classic song prophesized, “The times they are a changing.”

Although not evident through the mass media the tide is shifting away from organized tyranny and towards enhanced and expanded freedoms for all the people of the earth. Eventually the chains of human bondage will be broken and a new generation will unleash a mighty power of goodness on the earth.

Stand up and be counted. Stand up for your rights. Stand up for your individual sovereignty. Challenge external authority and the established world view. Examine your beliefs and free your minds. Have compassion and love your enemies.

One True America

Where is the true America?

The true America is rarely found in our present government. For most of our leaders are too ignorant, blind and cowardly to protect or defend our most precious rights. Many are bent on destroying the U.S. Constitution and shredding it for their own self-interest and power.

The true America is not found in the brain-dead, stupefied public without the willpower to defend their most basic self-interest, rights and freedom. For these are lost sheep. For these are all too willing to accept their conditioning and indoctrination without questioning authority or the source of the beliefs.

Do not look toward any false America’s or listen to false prophets for the answers. For the answers are not found there.

The true America is not to be found in our current leadership or on television. New leadership is emerging and there will you find the hope and the prayers for future generations. These leaders are invisible, sometimes hard to find, but exist nonetheless. These leaders are not born, but made.

Desire Freedom and the Truth

JohnnyAbe-288How much do you desire freedom? How much do you desire your own sovereignty? How much do you love yourself?

A life unquestioned and unexamined is not a life worth living. So you have a choice. To examine your life, your beliefs and to learn from history or to be condemned to repeat the mistakes of the past.

How many more people will die without knowing the purpose of their lives? How many more will suffer lack in the land of plenty?

Sleepwalk or Awaken?

Will you continue sleepwalking through your existence or will you awaken to the drumbeat for freedom, sovereignty and consciousness emerging worldwide?

Have you turned away from a friend, a neighbor, a family member or your countrymen in need, or do you stand beside? For if you do not stand for them, then who will stand for you? The courage and sacrifice that made America great will make America great again, but in a new way.

Everybody Wins, No Plunder

Next time everybody wins. There is plenty for everyone. There is no need for racism, bigotry or more genocide of indigenous cultures. The future is inclusive but everybody must respect the rights, culture and property of each other.

There can be no legal plunder, no excuse, no laws made to justicy stealing from one and giving to another. Each and every man and woman is responsible for their own creations, their own productivity and the consequences of their actions.

Protect the life, liberty and property of your neighbor and you will receive protection. Plunder and you will be plundered. This is the golden rule in action!

Honesty Please, No Tyranny

And there must be honesty and integrity, please.

Enough lies, deceit and dishonesty crafting a grand illusion upon the state of this nation. Enough of the false promises of security and comfort leading ever more dangerously towards global tyranny.

Tell the whole truth and nothing but. It’s a sacred vow of honor daring to speak and hear the truth. If you are blind take a good look around.

If you fail to notice the signs, the writing on the wall, then you may also fail to notice your liberties and property are under attack, not by enemies from foreign countries, but from within by your own so-called “government.”

Government as a Fraud

GSHCover-190x250Today this “government” in America today is a monumental fraud. The income tax is a fraud. The leaders who promise the stars and deliver nothing but lies are a fraud. Stop believing in the lies around you. The least we can do is tell the truth about that.

This book and previous editions had a mission. The mission was to uncover and reveal the hidden truths about American history, law, economics and politics so you and I could reclaim our natural law rights and liberties as a sovereign people.

This book is about freedom. It is about individual sovereignty. It is about restoring accountability in the governments of men and telling the truth about the state of our nation and the world. It is dedicated to all freedom fighters and the lovers of freedom, for without these brave pioneers and warriors, America and the world would most certainly be lost.

Join us now in liberating not only our minds, hearts and spirits, but the chains of human bondage forever.

Re-Declaration of Independence by Johnny Liberty

Editors Note: This “Re-declaration of Independence” was first published in the North American News Service (Summer 1995) to restore the sovereignty of the American people. Then it was included as Chapter 15 in the 2nd Edition of the Global Sovereign’s Handbook (1998). Every year since then it’s been republished on July 4th as a sobering reminder of how far from the original design the American Republic has strayed.

Preamble

All thirteen free and independent, sovereign states of America, excepting the sovereign Indian nations, were in agreement in making the original Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. The people then, as the people now, have gathered the courage to liberate themselves from the bondage of foreign “rule.”

When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for a nation, a group of people, or an individual to declare themselves free from the “rule” of another, then it is common decency, with respect to the opinions of all other people, to explain the reasons or grounds for the declaration.

Statement of Unalienable Rights and Natural Law

We the People believe these truths to be self-evident, to be so obvious that they need no proof, that all people, both men and women, regardless of race, sex, creed, or color are created equal under the natural law. We believe the Creator gives all of us certain unalienable rights that cannot be taken away. These unalienable rights are above and beyond the civil rights any government may enumerate. That among these rights are life, liberty, property, family, community, and the freedom to enjoy happiness.

To assure that these unalienable rights are protected and preserved for all the people, governments are created to enforce and defend the public trust. The source of authority from which all governments are created shall remain with the people for all time. We the People are the sovereign power from which all laws and governments arise.

If a government abuses its power or usurps the public trust, then the people have the unalienable right and a duty to change, alter or reform their government, or to abolish it completely and start a new one that will abide by the principles of natural law.

UnCOMMON SENSE dictates that an established government should not be overthrown for petty reasons. However, it is the nature of human beings to tolerate mistreatment, to grow accustomed to tyranny and chains rather than risk getting rid of a repressive and uncompassionate master.

Government maybe a necessary and often unpredictable evil, but at certain times during its history, a government will go too far in abusing the rights of its people. Today, more and more of the American people are realizing that the federal United States government has consistently lied, cheated, stolen, abused and killed its own people for many generations, that the American people have more to fear from their own government than enemies abroad or criminals within.

That the natural expression of our freedoms, the right to own property, and the unalienable rights secured by the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights are perceived as a threat by our own government is a symptom of the inevitable conclusion that the federal government must be stopped! Illegal, immoral and unconscionable activities of a government out of control have now reached into the lives of all Americans.

When this happens, it is the peoples’ right and duty to abolish the current government and set up a new one that will better protect our rights, preserve our liberties, and uphold the public trust. Through this “Re-Declaration of Independence,”

We the People must once again become a free, sovereign people. We the People can reclaim our sovereign Citizenship of one of the several states of the constitutional Republic. Read more (pdf)…

5 Minute Speech that Got Judge Napolitano Fired from Fox News | YouTube

Asking questions as Judge Andrew Napolitano did in a recent broadcast on his now cancelled daily show may very well be the reason behind his recent dismissal from Fox. Though specific details are hard to come by because the Judge has yet to give any interviews on the matter, it’s believed that his refusal to bow to commonly manufactured media narratives is among one of several key reasons he is no longer with the network.

The following 5-Minute Speech that Got Napolitano Fired from Fox News is one that should not only be forwarded and shared with every single man, woman and child in this country, but taught and expounded upon in every social studies, civics and government class from first grade through college.

Sedgwick, Maine is first town to declare total food sovereignty, opposing state and federal laws | NaturalNews

By  J.D. Hayes

There is a food revolution taking hold all over America, whether it is in the form of demanding labeling of GM foods, the right to produce and sell raw milk and other commodities, or – in the case of Sedgwick, Maine – declaring all local food transactions of any kind free and legal.

According to the website FoodRenegade.com, Sedgwick is the first city in the U.S. to free itself from the constraints of federal and state food regulation. Published reports say the town has passed an ordinance that gives its citizens the right “to produce, sell, purchase, and consume local foods of their choosing,” regulations be damned. The ordinance includes raw milk, meats that are slaughtered locally, all produce and just about anything else you might imagine.

And what’s more, three additional towns in Maine are expected to take up similar ordinances soon, said the FoodRenegade.com.

Gee – good, ol’ fashioned buyer-seller agreements?

Observers of the Sedgwick ordinance say it is much more than just “statement” legislation. Writes blogger David Grumpert, at TheCompletePatient.com:

This isn’t just a declaration of preference. The proposed warrant added, “It shall be unlawful for any law or regulation adopted by the state or federal government to interfere with the rights recognized by this Ordinance.” In other words, no state licensing requirements prohibiting certain farms from selling dairy products or producing their own chickens for sale to other citizens in the town.

What about potential legal liability and state or federal inspections? It’s all up to the seller and buyer to negotiate. “Patrons purchasing food for home consumption may enter into private agreements with those producers or processors of local foods to waive any liability for the consumption of that food. Producers or processors of local foods shall be exempt from licensure and inspection requirements for that food as long as those agreements are in effect.” Imagine that-buyer and seller can agree to cut out the lawyers. That’s almost un-American, isn’t it?

According to Deborah Evans, a Sedgwick citizen, the ordinance further states:

  1. Producers or processors of local foods in the Town of Sedgwick are exempt from licensure and inspection provided that the transaction is only between the producer or processor and a patron when the food is sold for home consumption.
  2. Producers or processors of local foods in the Town of Sedgwick are exempt from licensure and inspection provided that the products are prepared for, consumed or sold at a community social event.

For those questioning the legality of the ordinance – as in, it obviously circumvents state and federal food laws – she notes:

[W]e the radicals who concocted this mutinous act of infamy believe that according to the Home Rule provisions of our State Constitution, the citizens of Sedgwick have the right to enact an ordinance that is “local and municipal in character.”

‘It’s about time’

Many of the local farmers say the ordinance is just what is needed.

“This ordinance creates favorable conditions for beginning farmers and cottage-scale food processors to try out new products, and to make the most of each season’s bounty,” farmer Bob St. Peter told the website FoodFreedom.com. “My family is already working on some ideas we can do from home to help pay the bills and get our farm going.”

“Tears of joy welled in my eyes as my town voted to adopt this ordinance,” said Sedgwick resident and local farm patron Mia Strong. “I am so proud of my community. They made a stand for local food and our fundamental rights as citizens to choose that food.”

St. Peter, who is a board member of the National Family Farm Council, a food freedom advocacy group, notes that small farmers have a much tougher row to hoe, especially in today’s economy, so they need the ability to sell their products more freely.

“It’s tough making a go of it in rural America,” he said. “Rural working people have always had to do a little of this and a little of that to make ends meet. But up until the last couple generations, we didn’t need a special license or new facility each time we wanted to sell something to our neighbors. Small farmers and producers have been getting squeezed out in the name of food safety, yet it’s the industrial food that is causing food borne illness, not us.”

Indian Reservations as Sovereign Nations | Native Heritage Project

NativeHeritageProject

Did you know that Indian reservations are independent nations?  Indian Nations are allowed, within limits to govern themselves.  Many have their own police forces and courts.

Tribal sovereignty in the United States refers to the inherent authority of indigenous tribes to govern themselves within the borders of the United States of America. The federal government recognizes tribal nations as “domestic dependent nations” and has established a number of laws attempting to clarify the relationship between the federal, state, and tribal governments. The Constitution and later federal laws grant local sovereignty to tribal nations, yet do not grant full sovereignty equivalent to foreign nations, hence the term “domestic dependent nations”.

However, in times of war, all men, including Indians have to register.  In WWI, this caused some consternation.  Each registrar had to record the county name in which the registrant registered.  If they registered on an Indian Reservation, even if the reservation was located within a county, the reservation itself was not part of the county, as it is considered a separate Nation.

TribalLandsThis bureaucratic anomaly became apparent in New York in states East of the Mississippi.  In New York, Indians who registered on the reservation are listed in our old friend, Miscellaneous County.  In other places, Miscellaneous is a sign that someone is either hospitalized, institutionalized or returned a late registration after the county office had closed.  In this case, it’s not necessarily a sign of any of those things, but each return has to be looked at individually to determine the individual circumstance.  Just as I was about to decide that all New York entrants in Miscellaneous County were Reservation Indians, I found one who lived on a reservation, followed by someone of the same name, also an Indian, in prison.  No assumptions allowed.

This map is a very different map of the US.  It’s a map of the US minus the sovereign Indian nations within the continental US.  Sort of looks like Swiss Cheese doesn’t it.  Some of these areas are much larger than one might expect.

Johnny Liberty’s “Vision for a New America” (videos) | YouTube

Here’s a series of videos from a recent lecture “Vision for a New America” in Austin, Texas…covering a five-point agenda including: 1) reclaiming personal sovereignty and internal authority over your life; 2) demanding accountability in government and limiting local, state and federal government to no more than 10% of GNP; 3) restoring a sound, debt-free monetary system; 4) building a renewable energy infrastructure; and 5) building a global network of community-based resource centers.
